What is MedEx?

MedEx (Meditative Exercise) is activity or exercise that has a positive effect on the mind and body. This can be in the form of active/movement or passive/still practices.

The World Health Organisation defines health as “A state of complete mental, physical and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

We value our community health and have designed a balanced offering of practices that reflect the teachings and philosophies taught within our programs here at MyndFit.

Our classes are offered as a stand alone practice for those interested in “being well” and thriving rather than merely surviving, or as a platform for clients to maintain what they have achieved as a result of the work they’ve done in a MyndFit Program.

MedEx classes are accessible via a weekly unlimited class membership or with a range of casual packages. Myndfit clients enrolled in a 12 month program have free access to all our Med Ex classes for the duration of their program.

Our practices are available at various times, to cater for different needs and are updated or changed accordingly each season in order to align with our natural body rhythms.
Our practitioners come from diverse and varied backgrounds and professions, have lived experience and above all they practice what they teach!
